Step 1
Open an Account

  • Select which account you want to register and fill in all the required information.
  • Make sure to double-check everything and agree with the Terms of service, Privacy policy, and Recommendations for the safe use of "SV Bank".
  • Then copy your account login details.
Step 2
Request for a Payment Card
  • Having your account successfully activated, you can request a Payment Card in your "Cards" tab or contact your Account Manager about your needs at that time.
  • Once you have completed all forms and requirements, you will receive your card within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Step 3
Enjoy benefits and use worldwide

  • Access funds in both checking and savings account types in any electronic payment system (POS/ATM/Web). Make ATM withdrawals and transfers worldwide.

MasterCard Gold Debit Card
  • Globally accepted debit card with overdraft facility for all kinds of electronic and online transactions. With higher card transaction limits than Visa.

Contactless Platinum Card
  • Comes without a magnetic chip to allow payment to be made by waving instead of swiping; and the transaction is automatically processed; faster and secured.

Additional information

The validity term of the physical card is 3 years. Upon expiration, a new card is automatically ordered if at least one card transaction has been performed in the last three months.

Frequently asked questions pertaining to your Spring Versa Bank account and cards

Only our customers who are currently owning a savings/checking account with us would be able to order a Debit card with us.

Clients would need to be at least 16 years old and have completed the verification process with their Spring Versa Bank account application to request for cards.

Before ordering a Card, you need to maintain enough money in your available balance to cover the card issuance fee and card delivery type. See more: Card Issuance Fee

The number of the issued card for a particular account has not maximum.

The Token-Secure Cryptography is a system created to reduce the risks when using cards online, this will include frauds, cyber-attacks and more.

It gets done by requesting customers to enter additional code to secure their card after it had been issued, at the time of the transaction.

This code would be unique and only you have the access to it, the retailer and everyone else would not know about this code.

After receiving your debit card via postal service, here are some extra steps you should do to ensure the security of your account:

  • Make sure the envelope is completely sealed and there is no sign of opening attempt.
  • Please visit ANY ATM Center to activate and to change PIN number from the default 0000.
  • For steps to ensure your card is kept secured, please follow the instructions on our letter sent with the card.
  • As soon as you get the card, please sign on the back of it.

After receiving your card, you need to activate it within 3 months of the card issue date specified in the system.

The card can be activated by following the instruction enclosed in the envelope sent to you together with the physical debit card.

Our cards issued by Spring Versa Bank (Inc.) are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. These assets are therefore marked to ensure savers are protected.

This regulation insures the safety and protection of your account by all those issues, but not solely, hence, risks associated with disclosing private information or losing funds on the part of the cardholder cannot be guaranteed, but will be minimized.
